Background: Dr. Mueller has worked at California University of Pennsylvania for 13 years. He assisted in the development of the University’s new Geography major with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Emergency Management concentration, and he has become the advisor to the major. Dr. Mueller received his B.S. in geography from Towson University, his M.A. in geography from the University of Connecticut, and his Ph.D. in geography from the University of Illinois. In 2005, he earned his GIS Professional Certification.
