Background: David has a BA (1985) & MA (2009) degrees in Geography, (MA concentration GIS & Remote Sensing) from University of Toledo. He worked at Owens-Illinois in Toledo for ~20 years before being laid off and returning to school to earn a Masters degree. David currently is a Research Intern at Michigan Tech Research Institute (MTRI) in Ann Arbor working on Great Lakes Basin Remote Sensing and GIS projects.
